Services and Calibrations
At ODS we believe that our responsibility doesn’t end with delivery of our systems. A full team of specialists is available for you to install, maintain and assist during operation of your Metering System. Highly experienced and factory-trained, ODS technical support and service engineers are available across the globe.
Installation, Commissioning and Start-up services
An important part of the project delivery is that our engineers will ensure that your system is installed with maximum efficiency. Working collaboratively with your project manager and engineers, our technicians have the experience to provide you with all the advice you will require while your new or upgraded system is installed. The services that ODS technicians provide include installation assistance to pre-commissioning and commissioning, site acceptance testing, start-up assistance and personnel introductory training. We will also advise on operating and maintenance documentation, spare parts and trouble-shooting.
Flow meter Repair
Since the 1950’s ODS provides flow meter repair and recalibration services. This extensive hands-on experience of our service capabilities enables us to repair a wide range of flow meters, from PD, UFM, Turbine, Coriolis, Vortex etc. ODS is an authorized service provider for many brands and our engineers are factory trained to conduct diagnosis, repair and overhauling of all key system components. On-site or remote Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
In addition to field services, ODS Metering Systems also extends on-line remote technical support or diagnostics capabilities. From periodic maintenance to trouble shooting activities our staff is trained to assist you. We offer all post commissioning services required to keep your metering system in sound and accurate shape. Many of our clients have outsourced their metering system maintenance, calibration and spare part management activities to ODS Metering Systems. We would be pleased to inform you about our possibilities from single service trips to long term maintenance contracts.
Upgrades and Refurbishments
ODS offer metering refurbishments and upgrades of the full system including flow meter, instrumentation, prover, valves, sampling and analysis equipment, flow computers and HMI system. Training (on-site or factory)
ODS can provide detailed training courses that are tailored to your specific needs. Our trainings are custom made and provide in-depth information and guidance to assist your operators, maintenance engineers and technicians in the best operation of their ODS supplied equipment. Depending on the complexity of the Metering System, the training content and duration varies per project. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Flow Meter Calibration
ODS Metering Systems operates both stationary and mobile calibration facilities certified by NMi (Dutch Institute for Measurement and Weights). These facilities are used to calibrate process and custody transfer flow meters of any make and model on water or oil. Our installations are traceable to international standards. Prover Calibration
ODS Metering Systems performs calibrations of provers with our own waterdraw apparatus, master meter and/or gravimetrical calibration equipment in association with a Notified Body (NOBO) and traceable to international acceptable standards.
