Continue metering services during COVID-19

2020 has been a challenging year for all of us. Especially the travel restrictions and lockdowns taking place across the globe, influence our service activities. But even in these circumstances, we ensure that our customers get the necessary service support that they need, rather at site or with remote assistence, and we are committed to make it happen.

Service facilitated by technology
Our colleague Divyansh Mahajan, commissioning engineer from UAE, says “Normally, being constantly on the go for commissioning and service activities, it has been a quiet few months. Thanks to technology we are still able to help our customers with the troubleshooting and any other issues that they have at site.”

On site again
Now with the traveling possibilities slowly opening up in the Middle East, we are able to travel around GCC for commissioning activities with all the necessary precautions. “Traveling is not the same anymore, with different countries adapting to the pandemic and having different quarantine rules and maintaining bio-secure bubbles. However, our priority is to attend to our clients and give them the service they expect from us,” Divyansh concludes.
