Hydraulic packages

ODS can offer a wide range of hydraulic products to suit all your needs, including (Hydraulic Power Units (HPU’s), Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP’s) and Topside Umbilical Termination Units (TUTU’s).

HPUs provide filtered high- and low-pressure hydraulic fluid to, often safety critical, valve application. In the event of a loss of power, stored volume is provided via accumulators to ensure safe, effective and continuous operation of connected valves or other energy demanding utilities.

Produced Water Treatment

Produced Water Treatment (PWT) is a solution to enhance operational efficiency and protect the environment during the use of process water and wastewater in industrial processes.

Pressure Reduction Station

A PRS is a package that is used to reduce the pressure of a process (typically gas) from a high, to a lower pressure that is required by the process equipment downstream of the system. PRS systems are typically found in a gas distribution pipeline or grid installed after a custody transfer metering system.

Chemical Injection Units

Chemical injection Units control the injection of chemicals into a system or process. It is used to achieve a range of objectives, including corrosion inhibition, foam reduction, flow improvement enhancing oil recovery, and various other chemical processes. The technique offers a precise and measured way to introduce the chemicals into the system, ensuring high performance and waste mitigation.

Surge Relief Skids

An SRS system is used to protect downstream equipment from transient pressure waves. They are relatively simple equipment relying on Pilot or Nitrogen operated surge relief valves, and typically of a 3×50% configuration.
